Tap Uniform for Class
Tap Preparatory - Gr 1
royal blue leotard & skirt, white ankle socks, tap shoes with preferably elastics sewn if they are unable to tie their own shoe laces. All tap shoes must be fitted with heel taps.
Gr 2 upwards
blue leotard & jazz pants or tights OR
Daniels Dancing Academy T-shirts and /or hooded sweat shirts with jazz pants in class only.
jazz pants must not exceed IDTA regulation length of allowing the whole tap shoe to be seen.
In very hot weather pupils may wear stretchy shorts & T-shirt.
(Blue skirts can be worn until they are too small)
Hairstyle for all pupils - must be tied back at all times.
Tap Uniform for Exam
Tap Preparatory - Gr 1
As for class.
Hairstyle - bunches, pony tail or 2 plaits overhead with white or blue ribbons.
Tap- Grade 2-5
regulation leotard with skirt, tights or black jazz pants, white or black socks, tap shoes with laces.
Hairstyle - must be tied back & no fringes past eyebrows.
